Concierge gives you one morning brief and drafted replies over your own email and calendar (and, if you switch it on, your WhatsApp). It is set up for you and looked after by a real person.
Concierge never sends anything. Every reply it writes waits as a draft for your approval. What you approve and send is yours, read a draft before you send it, the way you'd read a note from any assistant.
You start with a free 14-day trial. After that, Concierge is a monthly subscription through Stripe. Cancel any time, from your Stripe receipt or with one email, and it runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Connect only accounts that are yours, use Concierge lawfully, and keep your sign-in to yourself.
Concierge is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable, but a missed brief or an imperfect draft is possible, that's why you hold the pen. If something goes wrong, our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last twelve months.
