Sub-processors

These are every company that touches your data on our behalf, what each one does, and where it runs. If this list changes we will say so here and tell customers before it takes effect.

Anthropic	Writes your brief and your draft replies. The text of your recent emails is sent to their API to do that. Under their commercial terms this content is not used to train models.	United States

The one worth reading twice. Concierge cannot write your brief without a model reading your recent email, and that model is Anthropic's Claude. We would rather put that at the top of this page than have you find it in a policy. If sending email content to a third party is not acceptable for your business, we are not the right tool and we will tell you so.

What is not on this list

No analytics, advertising or tracking companies.
No data brokers. We do not sell or share anything, ever.
No one else. If we add a sub-processor, this page changes first.
